If you recieve an image via whatsapp it will be automatically reduced in size to save bandwith which reduces the quality and the size we can print. Instead ask the person who took the image on their phone to email you or us instead.
If using a phone or web based email such as gmail or hotmail the image attached may be reduced in quality. If asked when sending select the largest, or Original, size. This lets us print the sharpest image for you.
If you like an image from social media try, if possible, to find the original image on the phone, camera or computer it was uploaded from. This original will be much higher resolution and produce a superior print.
